Carole Bédard
Carole has been an Essentrics instructor since 2017 and has practiced the Miranda Method for over 26 years. Originally an elementary school teacher, then a registered nurse and later a midwife, she also raised six children as a single mother. Her professional journey eventually led her to a national human resources organization, where she advanced from Human Resources Consultant to Director of Human Resources and later Director of Occupational Health and Safety, overseeing nine offices across Canada.
Passionate about whole-person health and wellness, Carole has dedicated her life to helping others restore balance, vitality, and freedom of movement. Through her studies, professional experience, and personal practice, she has witnessed the transformative benefits of Miranda’s method in reducing chronic pain, improving posture, restoring mobility, enhancing balance, and increasing flexibility.
Today, her teaching is inspired by the unique integration of movement and music envisioned by Miranda Esmonde-White. Carole believes this combination transforms each class into a restorative experience that supports the body’s innate ability to rebalance, and heal itself. Her classes invite participants to move with ease, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover the joy of movement.
