Lise-Anne Richard

Lise-Anne Richard is a certified Level 4+ Essentrics instructor. She discovered Essentrics in 2015 through a friend and was immediately drawn to its intelligent, restorative approach to movement. From her very first class, she knew she wanted to become an instructor. She completed her full certification in four years.

Now retired from a career in international trade, Lise-Anne brings professionalism, curiosity, and dedication to her teaching. Passionate about the technique and its many benefits—including enhanced mobility, gentle yet effective strengthening, improved posture, and overall physical well-being—she has made Essentrics central to her professional life.

Since 2019, she has been part of the Essentrics satellite team supporting head office, correcting Level 1 and 2 exams, contributing to workshops and retreats, and now also correcting Level 3 and 4 exams.
